Accurate Health Tools, Free for Everyone
HealthyBMICheck.com provides free, evidence-based health calculators to help you understand your body and make informed decisions about your health. All calculators are built on established scientific formulas used by healthcare professionals and researchers worldwide.
Our BMI Calculator uses the World Health Organization's standard classification system. The Calorie Calculator is based on the Mifflin-St Jeor equation, the formula most widely recommended by dietitians for estimating daily energy needs. The Body Fat Calculator uses the U.S. Navy circumference method, and the Ideal Weight Calculator combines four peer-reviewed formulas — Devine, Robinson, Miller, and Hamwi — to provide a balanced estimate.
All calculations are performed locally in your browser. No personal data is collected or stored. Results are provided for general informational purposes and do not constitute medical advice. If you have specific health concerns, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.
